Shaun Ochia

Shaun Ochia currently serves as the Head of Payment Operations at Shopee since June 2020, managing payment transactions for Shopee Express with a team of 80 members. Previously held roles include overseeing payment operations at both Shopee and Shopee Express with a team of 100 and managing vendor and customer transactions with a team of 50. Prior to Shopee, Shaun worked as a Finance Operations Manager, leading a team in financial operations for third-party logistics and payment channels. Shaun's career began at Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd. as an Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included leading the Product Control Team for the European Distressed Products Group. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ateneo de Davao University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
