Siremon Thongparn

Siremon Thongparn is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager and Team Lead in Affiliate Marketing at Shopee since June 2019. Siremon leads a team of five in designing influencer affiliate incentive schemes and has launched strategic programs to develop influencers within the company. Prior roles include Senior Associate as a Regional HR Business Partner, where Siremon harmonized resignation processes and enhanced onboarding programs. Additionally, Siremon participated in a Management Associate program, gaining expertise across various functions, including Operations and Business Development. Earlier experiences include a Consultant Intern at YCP Group, focusing on customer feedback analysis for client performance, and an Audit Intern at PwC, conducting audits for financial services firms. Siremon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University.
