Richard Ruddock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Energy at Shorterm Group since April 2021, Ruddock oversees the growth and development of the Energy Division, providing personnel and technical solutions for the engineering industry, particularly in clean energy projects. Prior to this role, Ruddock spent over 22 years at Fircroft, where positions included Regional Director for Europe and the UK, focusing on strategic growth, client engagement, compliance, and team development across various industrial sectors. Ruddock holds a BSc (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
