Dannette Johnson, M.A., CCP, has extensive experience in compensation management and analysis, currently serving on the HBR Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review and as a team member on the SHRM Voice of Work Research Panel since April 2022. Johnson has held multiple roles as Global Compensation Manager with notable companies including Unisys and Celanese, following a similar position at DuPont during the M&M Divestiture. Previous roles include Senior Compensation Analyst positions at Amy's Kitchen and CDM Smith, as well as various compensation-focused roles at Jabil and a contract position ensuring effective compensation strategies. Johnson holds two M.A. degrees from Webster University in Human Resources Development and Management.
