Ziep Truong

Ziep (Diep) Truong, PMP® and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, has extensive experience in technology transformation and project management. Currently serving as Lead Technology Transformation and Senior Business Analyst at SHRM since October 2011, Ziep has previously held roles as a Senior Specialist in Technology Transformation. Prior to SHRM, Ziep worked as a Realtor for Long & Foster Companies from 2000 to October 2015, focusing on real estate services in Northern Virginia. Ziep's earlier career includes positions at Alexander Street Press, managing development projects and delivering multiple top-selling products, and roles at MCI, CSI, and IBM in project management and systems engineering. Ziep holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Maryland and also attended the University of Kentucky.
