Eloise Stancombe is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Sevenstep since June 2016, where previous roles included Senior Manager for RPO and MSP Programs and Manager of Client Services. At Sevenstep, a global leader in recruitment outsourcing, Eloise has contributed to delivering talent acquisition solutions across six continents. In addition to current work at The Shyft Group, Eloise has held positions at UnitedHealth Group and Equifax UK as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where the focus was on leveraging data and analytics to enhance client recruitment processes. Eloise's early career included a role as Senior Research Executive at BlueGlue, a Sevenstep company supporting high-growth tech start-ups in the UK. Eloise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Durham University.
