Justas Capskis

Justas Capskis is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in trade finance and factoring. Since March 2017, Justas has been the Head of Trade Finance and Factoring at Šiaulių Bankas, focusing on product and process development, sales coordination, employee training, and market analysis. Prior to this role, Justas served as Project Manager at the Financing Services Development Department at Šiaulių Bankas, where significant achievements included renewing processes for Factoring and Guarantees and creating a new process for Escrow services. From January 2005 to December 2016, Justas held various positions at SEB, culminating in the role of Head of Sub-branch, where responsibilities included employee management, corporate client sales, and participation in credit decision-making. Justas holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics (Banking) from Vilnius University.
