Kgosietsile Tlalang

Kgosietsile Tlalang holds an MBA from Wits Business School, expected in July 2024, and possesses extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently, Kgosietsile serves as Mine Manager at Sibanye-Stillwater since May 2018, following a tenure as Mining Manager at Harmony Gold from November 2016 to May 2018. Previous roles include Operations Leader - Mining at Anglo American, Mine Overseer at AngloGold Ashanti’s Mponeng Mine, and Acting Mine Overseer/Management Trainee at AngloGold Ashanti Kopanang Mine. Kgosietsile began the career as a Management Trainee in Mining at AngloGold Ashanti’s Tautona Mine. Kgosietsile has consistently demonstrated leadership, managing substantial staff complements across various positions while achieving production targets. Education also includes an Associate's degree from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
