Jonathan Hays

Jonathan Hays is the Founder and CEO of Silverpine Software, a company focused on developing innovative software solutions for various industries since January 2012. Jonathan also serves as a Board Member and Director of Mobile for siberia starting in August 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Engineering for both UTC Climate, Controls & Security and General Electric, where responsibilities included managing product life-cycles in video software and access control. Jonathan has extensive experience in software engineering management, leading cross-functional teams in large-scale distributed environments, beginning as a Software Engineer at Imagebuilder Software Inc and later managing high-performing teams at Mudpuppy Studios. Jonathan earned an MBA from George Fox University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
