Kaisar Ayapbergen

Kaisar Ayapbergen is a seasoned professional in the field of safety and production coordination with extensive experience in various roles. Since March 2021, Kaisar has served as a PTW Coordinator at Sicim, having previously held similar positions at CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. and Sicim from June 2018 to October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an HSE Engineer at ТОО "Елжас" and ТОО "Realty-Партнер," focusing on compliance with occupational safety regulations and improving workplace safety conditions. Kaisar holds a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Zapadno-Kazakhstanskij agro-tehnicheskij Universitet and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technologies from Almaty Technological University.
