Aleksandra Korobko

Aleksandra Korobko is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software engineering management. Currently serving as a Founding Member of Sidebar and a Board Member of the Jewish United Fund, Aleksandra has held significant leadership positions at dscout, Fast Radius, and Rocketmiles, where contributions included establishing hiring practices that improved gender parity and implementing DEI initiatives. With a solid foundation in quality assurance from earlier roles at Lyons Consulting Group, GoHealth, Protiviti, and Hewitt Associates, Aleksandra has successfully built teams, fostered quality mindsets, and led cross-functional projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
