Previously, Stephen held leadership roles such as Vice President of Healthcare Operations at Paradise Valley Estates and Founder & CEO of KabaFusion, a health-tech startup. Stephen's career includes significant contributions to Aviv Centers For Living and Union Hospital of Cecil County, focusing on strategic planning and financial oversight. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health and Medical Services Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland.
