Andy Stern

Andy Stern serves as a Partner and Global Co-Chair of the Securities and Shareholder Litigation practice at Sidley Austin, a position held since January 1996. Prior to this role, Andy was an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from September 1991 to December 1995. Andy Stern holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law (1988-1991) and an AB in International Affairs from Lafayette College (1983-1987). Education was completed at Millburn High School (1980-1983).
