Ushena Maharaj

Ushena Maharaj serves as the Transformation & Change Lead at Siemens Energy, where responsibilities include ensuring local implementation of Global Inclusion and Diversity policies and advocating for I&D within the country. Alongside this role, Ushena represents the Inclusion & Diversity Council as a Regional Representative. Previously, Ushena managed the entire Industrial Relations portfolio for Siemens Energy in Region Africa, focusing on fostering a positive work environment, and held various positions at Siemens, including Industrial Relations Manager for multiple African countries and Regional HR Business Partner. Ushena began the professional journey as an Immigration Consultant at PwC and possesses advanced education in Labour Law and Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa.
