Hugo Santos

Hugo Santos is an IT Operations Specialist at Siemens since January 2022, focusing on automated deployment processes and compliance with security measures while enhancing server deployment efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior System Administrator at PDMFC, where Hugo managed virtual machine environments and system upgrades, as well as a System Operator at iTalent Consulting, responsible for incident classification and documentation. Hugo also gained experience as an Operational Support Systems Trainee at Claranet Portugal, addressing service requests and analyzing technical data for service quality. Hugo's foundational skills in network and system administration were developed during a final year project at CINEL, where complex IT systems were configured. Hugo holds a Diploma in Network and System Administration from CINEL and a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from NOVA FCSH.
