Lindsey Blare Preddy

Lindsey Blare Preddy is a procurement specialist at Siemens since October 2017 and serves as a special weapons planner for the US Army Reserves since November 2023. Previous roles include company executive officer with the West Virginia National Guard from January 2018 to May 2020 and area level manager as company commander in the North Carolina National Guard from November 2011 to January 2018, overseeing operations and managing a team of 83 personnel and a $9M inventory. Additionally, experience includes contract management specialist and HAZMAT program manager with the 430th OD CO (EOD), where significant achievements involve becoming the first female EOD Officer in North Carolina to complete national certifications and managing multinational disposal projects. Lindsey holds a Master's in Operational Studies from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and a Master of Science in Arson and Explosives from Oklahoma State University, alongside a Bachelor's in Middle Grades Education from Appalachian State University.
