Mahesh Babu

Mahesh Babu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in AI and automation, currently employed at Siemens since December 2017, focusing on enhancing customer experience through voice and chat channels. Previous roles include Cloud Engineer, specializing in LLM, GenAI, and AWS Cloud technologies, and multiple positions related to chatbot development and customer experience with Amazon Connect. Prior to Siemens, Mahesh Babu worked at IBM INDIA Pvt Ltd as an Automation Specialist, where responsibilities included developing Robotics Process Automation projects using Blue Prism and implementing web app and mainframe automation for regression testing. Earlier experiences also encompassed a role as Emergency Response Officer at TOPS Security Limited and founding a company, Soumithreya TechnoKrafts. Mahesh Babu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology and completed studies at Mei Polytechnic.
