Serra Cicek

Serra Cicek is an experienced professional specializing in strategic procurement and logistics. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer and Commodity Manager at Siemens since December 2011, Serra is responsible for the procurement of engineering services and temporary labor, supplier evaluation and qualification, contract management, and optimizing procurement processes for enhanced delivery capability and cost-effectiveness. Prior to Siemens, Serra worked at DHL as an Import Planning Specialist and Region Import Planner, overseeing import planning processes and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely material delivery. Serra also gained experience at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as an Air Cargo Export Responsible, where a focus on sales and operations led to significant improvements in profitability. Serra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Maltepe Üniversitesi.
