Shakuntala Ganguly

Shakuntala Ganguly currently serves as Chief Manager at Siemens, a position held since October 2022, where responsibility encompasses the Real Estate (RE) Portfolio for the entire Southern Region, overseeing 22 sites with P&L accountability. Prior to this, Shakuntala contributed as a Manager at Siemens from July 2010 to December 2013, managing the RE function for the East and Bangladesh regions and successfully delivering significant projects, including India's first Open Office Project in Kolkata. Shakuntala began career at Siemens as an Executive in July 2003, advancing to Senior Executive and earning recognition as the Best Employee in 2006. Shakuntala holds a Bachelor’s degree from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
