Lucas Kramm

Lucas Kramm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Presently serving as the Director of Programs at Sierra Nevada Corporation since June 2023, Kramm previously held the position of Project Manager at L3Harris Technologies from June 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Kramm was the Head of Programs and Project Manager at Comlux the Aviation Group from September 2011 to June 2019 and served as Senior Project Manager at Associated Air Center from February 2008 to October 2011. Kramm's career began as a Mechanical Engineer at L-3 Communications Integrated Systems from June 2005 to February 2008. Kramm holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Kramm has education from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
