Tomer Asheri

Tomer Asheri is an Algorithm Engineer at Sightec since December 2024, specializing in sensor-fusion and computer vision algorithms for autonomous robots. Previously, Tomer served as a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer at R-Go Robotics from January 2022 to December 2024, and worked as a Computer Vision Engineer in the defense and space industry, developing algorithms in object tracking and homography estimation from November 2020 to January 2022. Tomer also contributed to research in Dr. Shai Sabbah's Brain Research Laboratory during an undergraduate senior thesis at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cognitive and Brain Sciences was obtained from October 2018 to December 2022.
