Jonathan Carter-Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at The Signet Collection since November 2023 and as Chief Strategy Officer at Next Steps Consulting Limited since September 2018, Jonathan specializes in individual leadership coaching, organizational alignment, and transformational change, with a client portfolio that includes prominent organizations such as NHS, Tesco, and Vodafone. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Caviar & Chips from March 2017 to October 2022, Jonathan successfully launched a bespoke catering service known for its exceptional service and unique culinary offerings.
