Mafalda Monteiro

Mafalda Monteiro is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Signify since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing CEO-sponsored projects and overseeing the annual Strategic Planning cycle. Prior to Signify, Mafalda worked at Kearney from March 2019 to October 2022, progressing from Senior Business Analyst to Manager, leading a global Margin Recovery program and optimizing network performance for various manufacturers. Academic credentials include a PhD in Physics from Delft University of Technology (2015-2018) and an Integrated Master of Science in Physics Engineering from Universidade do Porto (2009-2014). Early research experiences include work on quantum technology applications and cosmological studies at the Centro de Astrofísica da Universidade do Porto.
