Sian Williams

Sian Williams is an accomplished R&D chemist and team leader with extensive experience in formulation and testing, particularly in STP and silicone products. Currently serving as the R&D (Chemist) Team Leader at Sika since January 2024, Sian previously held leadership roles at Everbuild Building Products Ltd., overseeing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior experience includes a Plant Chemist role at Hodgson Sealants (Holdings) Ltd. and significant academic contributions as a departmental ambassador at the University of Hull, where Sian earned a first-class honors degree in Chemistry with Industrial Experience.
