Johan Glo

Johan GLO currently serves as the Chief Farming Officer at Silal, a company established by ADQ in Abu Dhabi, focused on enhancing food security and local food production. Prior to this role, Johan GLO was the Operations Director at Sher Ethiopia - Afriflora - Flamingo Group and held various senior management positions at Compagnie Fruitiere, including Operation Director of Golden Exotics Limited and Director of Operations at Plantations du Haut Penja. Johan GLO has extensive experience in agricultural management, including overseeing production, export, and strategic development in the banana and agricultural sectors. Educationally, Johan GLO holds two Master's degrees in Agronomy and Horticultural Science from L'Institut Agro Montpellier and L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, respectively.
