Tristan Berthouzoz

Tristan Berthouzoz currently serves as the Head of Legal at SILEX since December 2022 and previously held the same position at Atlanticomnium SA from February 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Tristan was an Avocat at Jeantet - avocats from September 2017 to November 2018 and held various legal roles including Associate Director, Authorized Officer, and Legal Officer at Swissquote from January 2013 to August 2017. Early legal experience includes serving as an Avocat-stagiaire at DGE Avocats from March 2010 to March 2012. Tristan has an academic background that includes a Master en droit from the University of Lausanne with a specialization in commercial law and litigation, along with degrees in political science and a Bachelor of Arts in law. Additional qualifications include a CAS in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva.
