Brad Lich

Brad Lich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical and materials industries. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Silgan Holdings Inc. since October 2019, Brad has held various leadership positions at Eastman Chemical Company since 2002, including EVP & Chief Commercial Officer, where responsibilities encompass the Advanced Materials & Fibers segments, as well as marketing, sales, procurement, and regional organizations. Brad's previous roles at Eastman include Executive Vice President and Vice President & General Manager in multiple segments. Prior to Eastman, Brad served as CEO of CoatingsMart, Inc. and held various managerial positions at Valspar Corporation. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
