Rebecca Guerra

Rebecca Guerra is a human resources executive with more than 35 years of experience leading and advising market-leading companies in Silicon Valley. Rebecca sits on the Board of Trustees for Santa Clara University, and participates on the Urbanek Education Fund selection committee. She served as executive vice president of talent acquisition and care at Infoblox for four years, and she has held leadership roles at Extreme Networks, Riverstone Networks, eBay and Adobe System. Her professional specialties include coaching and mentoring technology-industry leaders and C-level executives. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, both from Santa Clara University.
