Shannon Nash

An accomplished global CFO, COO, board member and advisor, Shannon Nash has more than 20 years of experience scaling companies for growth and successful exits through financial and operations leadership, business strategy, technology, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions expertise.

Currently, Shannon is the chief accounting officer at Reputation.com, which helps companies manage their online reputation. As Chief Accounting Officer, Shannon taps into her history of scaling companies for growth through strong financial and operations leadership and is responsible for all corporate accounting, finance, and revenue operations at Reputation.com.

Shannon is an attorney and a certified public accountant who is passionate about building companies, teams, and people. She began her career as a corporate and tax CPA/attorney with KPMG, K&L Gates LLP, and Cooley LLP. She has also served as a senior attorney with Amgen, CFO of Sunseeker Media, COO of Aspire University, VP Finance/Head of Human Resources for Cumulus Media’s San Francisco market, and CFO of Insidesource.

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She serves on the board of advisors for the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and as chair of the National Society of Black Certified Public Accountants. She was featured on Accounting Today’s 2020 list of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting and named one of 2020’s Most Powerful Women in Accounting by the AICPA and CPA Practice Advisor.

She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, three kids and two dogs. In her free time, she teaches Zumba and U-Jam Fitness.
