Zia Yusuf

Zia Yusuf is the Director at Silicon Valley Education Foundation. Zia was previously a Senior Partner & Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Zia is also a member of the board of advisors for Nakisa and ThrowMotion, Inc. Zia has been an entrepreneur in residence at Norwest Venture Partners.

Yusuf has over fifteen years of experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications industries. Zia has advised CEO’s and executive teams on topics including product and market strategy, sales and marketing growth approaches, digital and cost transformations, innovation and new business build, restructuring, M&A and ecosystem/channel build.

Zia has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Zia Yusuf's educational career includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Global Leadership Development Program from INSEAD, an MSFS in International Affairs from Georgetown University, and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Macalester College.
