Shira Raz

Shira Raz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR & Global OD at Silk, Shira leads initiatives to enhance performance on the cloud. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at Lumenis, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, project management, and consultation. Additionally, Shira held positions at Mifam overseeing organizational development in local authorities, and at Merkaz Hadas, focusing on recruitment and welfare plans.
