Tal Boitel

Tal Boitel is an accomplished R&D director with extensive experience in developing automation infrastructure, quality assurance, and product performance in various technology companies. Currently serving as R&D Director of Shared Services at Silk since January 2019, Tal is focused on enhancing development processes to achieve R&D goals. Previously held roles include R&D Director at Kaminario, Global Verification Manager at Philips Health Systems, and QA & IT Group Manager at AGT International, among others. Tal's career began in testing and automation, with early roles at Buypass Systems and Polycom, and includes significant experience in quality assurance at GE Healthcare and software quality assurance at Bioness Neuromodulation. Tal holds an MBA from The Open University and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Netanya Academic College.
