Michael Pohlers

Michael Pohlers is an experienced professional in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director and Director of the Academy at Silpion IT-Solutions GmbH since March 2005, where responsibilities include leading the Silpion Academy to promote knowledge transfer both internally and externally. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Director New Business Berlin, focusing on expanding the Berlin location, sales, and recruitment efforts, and has previously overseen the Web Engineering Department as Head of Web Engineering. Since December 2020, Michael has also served as Director Academy at Softwareallianz Deutschland.
