Tracy Simons

Tracy Simons is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in philanthropy and marketing within the healthcare sector. As the Executive Director of the Silver Cross Foundation since 1997, Tracy oversees fundraising initiatives, successfully raising over $12 million through various avenues, including significant six and seven-figure contributions. Prior roles at Silver Cross Hospital included Director and Manager of Marketing & Community Relations, where strategies were developed for partnerships with renowned medical institutions and community outreach. Previously, Tracy served as the Coordinator of Marketing & Community Relations at St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers. Tracy holds an MBA from the University of St. Francis and a BA in Communications from Valparaiso University.
