Kurt Thomas

Kurt Thomas is an experienced health and safety professional currently serving as the Acting Group Health & Safety Manager and Health, Injury Prevention and Recovery Lead at Silver Fern Farms Ltd since November 2021. With a strong background in physiotherapy and occupational health, Kurt has held various roles, including Regional Manager at Habit Health and Chairperson of the NZ Occupational Health Physiotherapy Group. Additionally, Kurt co-developed CPD App for smartphones and tablets at LogitApps since September 2013. Kurt's academic credentials include a forthcoming Postgraduate Certificate in Health, Workplace Health and Safety from Victoria University of Wellington and postgraduate studies in Ergonomics from Massey University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Otago.
