Rhaia L. James, CDP, currently serves as a Family Ambassador at Silverado since November 2022, where responsibilities include educating prospective families about options for loved ones with cognitive deficits and providing necessary resources. Previous experience includes roles as Hospice Liaison at Grand Living Management, Director of Sales Marketing at Home Care Assistance, Home Care Liaison at Colonial Oaks Senior Living, Community Relations Director at Autumn Leaves Memory Care, and Director of Sales Marketing at Diversified Property & Casualty Insurance. Rhaia also worked as an Independent Insurance Agent at Silverado from April 2012 to April 2016. Education was completed at Kempner High School.
