Barbara Arnst

Barbara Arnst serves as a Board Member at CAW Halle-Vilvoorde and Silverflow since April and March 2024, respectively, and has held the role of VP Agility & Transformation at Telenet since April 2021. Previously, Barbara worked as an Investment Partner at Gimv from May 2019 to April 2021 and as an Advisory Board Member at Nova Reperta until March 2021. A key contributor to Telenet’s Vision2020 Digital Transformation program, Barbara also held the position of VP Customer Journey & Digital at Telenet from 2014 to 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Director OmniChannel Delivery at Groupon Belgium and Principal at Bain & Company, where Barbara led strategic initiatives in customer excellence. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and advanced studies in Management Research and Chinese Studies.
