Rachel Schy is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles across the recruitment landscape. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA & APAC at Silverfort, Rachel previously held the same title at SolarEdge Technologies. Rachel's career also includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at RecruitIL and as a Placement Specialist and Career Advisor at Israel Experience®, where recruitment responsibilities were also managed. Early career experience includes serving as the IACT Coordinator at Hillel International. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Binghamton University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
