Kashona Carew Ches

Kashona Carew CHES is a seasoned health professional with substantial experience in quality improvement and health education. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Specialist at SilverSummit Healthplan, Kashona conducts biannual medical record audits and streamlines workflows. As a former Health Equity Specialist, leadership of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee was a key responsibility, enhancing community engagement through cultural activities.
