Radoslaw Pacion

Radoslaw Pacion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and incident management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist / Change Expert III at ING Hubs Poland since July 2023, Radoslaw previously held the position of Senior Service Delivery Manager at Kyndryl and managed day-to-day service delivery for customers. Radoslaw's career at Atos Polska spanned various roles including Service Delivery Manager, Problem Manager, and Senior Process Manager for Major Incident Management, focusing on crisis management and improvement of operational processes. Earlier roles at IBM and Capgemini further developed Radoslaw's expertise in high priority incident management and customer relations. Radoslaw holds a Licencjat degree in Marketing and Management in Tourism, Hospitality, and Gastronomy from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego w Katowicach.
