Triardhy Reza

Triardhy Reza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition Head at Minamas Plantation under Sime Darby Berhad since July 2011. Responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement and fostering sustainable relationships between employees and the company. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Specialist at Delta Djakarta Tbk, where responsibilities encompassed industrial relations and government liaison, and as an Industrial Relation Specialist at Garudafood, managing industrial issues for over 16,000 employees across multiple locations. Triardhy Reza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 1994.
