Timothy Schwarz

Timothy Schwarz is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as Associate Principal at KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group since 2013, Timothy has previously held key roles including Director of Design at Mary Cook & Associates (2008-2013), Design Director at Gettys (2006-2008), Senior Designer and Project Manager at Jordan Mozer and Associates LTD (2001-2006), and Associate Principal at Morgante Wilson Architects Ltd. (1995-2001). Timothy holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Design with College Honors and Distinction in Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1991 and 1996.
