Nghiem Nguyen

Nghiem Nguyen currently serves as the Deputy CISO at Simmons Bank since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nghiem held various positions in information security, including Vice President and Director of Information Security at Hilltop Holdings from January 2019 to October 2023, where an internal transfer took place to support PlainsCapital Bank and Hilltop Holdings. Nghiem also served as VP, Chief Information Security Officer, and VP, Information Security Compliance Director at PlainsCapital Bank from October 2015 to January 2019. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Manager of IT Compliance and Information Security at RealPage, Inc. from March 2014 to October 2015, and Advisory Manager for IT Risk and Assurance at EY from January 2008 to March 2014. Nghiem volunteered as the Website Administrator for ISACA North Texas Chapter from July 2010 to June 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
