Melynda Davis

Melynda Davis is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at Simon Property Group since December 2021, previously holding roles such as Assistant General Manager and Operations Director at Copley Place. Prior to this, Melynda worked at COCM for over a decade, where responsibilities included directing housing operations and managing a $7.2 million revenue department. Melynda has also contributed to various organizations in roles such as Client for Accomplishment Coaching and Auditions and Staffing Chair for the Boston Opera Collaborative. Educational credentials include a Master of Music in Opera Performance from Longy School of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance/Music Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
