Rohit Singh

Rohit Singh currently serves as Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at the Simons Foundation, where the focus is on leading People Operations, including talent acquisition and organizational development. Previously, Rohit held the position of Head of Talent at Yale New Haven Health, overseeing a team dedicated to employee engagement and leadership development, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rohit has extensive experience in talent management and learning initiatives from roles at MassMutual Financial Group, Deloitte, Publicis Sapient, Mercer HR Consulting, and Philips, with a strong background in transforming performance management systems and facilitating talent reviews. Rohit holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, along with master’s degrees from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelor's degree from Delhi University.
