Katie Wookey, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Simpla Foods since October 2020, Wookey also manages Hockley General Store as General Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Internal Management Consultant at Quantgene and leading the Capstone MBA Biotech Project at Crummer Graduate School of Business, where collaboration with NASA focused on commercialization strategies for innovative technologies.
