Michelle Mapa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital sales, client engagement, and customer experience transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Simplii Financial since August 2018, Michelle has held multiple leadership roles focused on digital strategy and client engagement. Prior experience at CIBC from August 2010 to August 2018 includes positions such as Director of Client Experience Strategy & Improvement and various roles in corporate banking and strategic initiatives. Michelle holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a degree from McGill University.
