Noha Sinha

Noha Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Noha is currently working at Simplilearn as an Associate Director HR, where they lead and designs digital transformation solutions in the HR landscape. Noha is responsible for simplifying and automating processes using digital, data, and automation capabilities. Prior to this, they worked at BYJU'S as a People Partner, focusing on policies and process engineering.

In their previous roles, Noha worked at Godrej Properties Limited as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled multiple verticals in HR and drove the People Agenda for the south zone. At Wipro, they served as an HR Business Partner, leading business partnering for a large vertical and driving corporate strategy. Additionally, they managed the transition of the Performance Management System (PMS) from feedback to a feed-forward mechanism.

Noha also has experience in academia, having pursued Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. During this time, they developed expertise in areas such as HR Analytics and Labor Laws. Noha authored several articles on HR-related topics.

Furthermore, Noha worked as a Summer Intern at Wipro, where they created a Rewards and Recognition Framework for the Global Media and Telecom Business Unit. Noha conducted discussions with employees at various levels to understand their expectations and designed the framework accordingly.

Lastly, Noha started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a former ASE, working as a software tester. Noha specialized in testing in the Mainframe Platform, specifically in the Banking and Finance domain, and delivered test solutions for end-to-end process flows.

Noha Sinha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Noha earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology Tumkur from 2008 to 2012. Noha also attended Delhi Public School Ranchi from 2004 to 2006, focusing on general science coursework.
