Artheka Sivaharan, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Simply Business since April 2023. Previously, Artheka held the position of Learning and Development Lead at MyTutor.co.uk from October 2021 to February 2023, focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of colleagues. Prior to that, Artheka was with Metro Bank (UK) from October 2013 to October 2021, progressing from Customer Experience Trainer to Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of trainers, conducting training needs analysis, and designing training materials. Artheka holds a degree from Queen Mary University of London, completed in 2013.
