Kayla (Kennedy) Gilligan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with extensive experience in agile project management and IT leadership. Currently serving as Scrum Master at Simply Business since February 2023, Kayla leads cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and product delivery efficiency. Previously, Kayla held multiple roles at Arbella Insurance Group from June 2017 to February 2023, including Information Technology Project Lead, where coordination of the Internet Explorer retirement project took place, and IT Business Analyst positions, contributing to significant initiatives such as the Office365 rollout and the implementation of a new ticketing management system.
